Our Chocolate Milk Stout. A very dark, full-bodied ale. Hints of roasted caramel malts along with luscious Betsy Ann milk chocolate mingle with lactose sugar for creaminess in every sip. Cited by Modern Brewery Age as "the most chocolately of them all" in a tasting panel of several chocolate beers.

Our Spring Munich-style Fest Beer. Malty and copper-red in color, Märzen has a full mouth feel with a slightly sweet caramel characteristic and just enough hops to add balance. One of beer critic Michael Jackson's "Top 24 Favorite American Beers."

Tangerine Cream Ale. Citrus forward, American hop aroma, and a hint of real vanilla and cream. Tangerine Swirl is made with real tangerine and Madagascar vanilla. Summit and 7c's hops, two-row malt, and a touch of lactose make this effervescent beer a citrusy, creamy summertime treat.

A strong, malty wheat-based beer. Combines the flavors of Weizen with the rich strength and body of a bock beer.

This deep orange-colored ale is made with real pumpkin puree and overflows with the rich flavors and fragrances of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger. Lactose sugar adds a sweet, creamy finish.

Oktoberfest-style Beer. A rich, copper-colored Munich-style fest beer. Malty and medium-bodied, Penn Oktoberfest features nutty, toasty, slightly roasted, and caramel characteristics with a well-balanced hop bitterness. One of our most popular brews.

Our Holiday Spiced Ale. A semi-sweet nut brown ale spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. Reminiscent of the nut rolls Grandma used to bake.

Our Holiday/European-style Bock beer. A very rich, strong, malty lager, dark ruby in color with notes of chocolate and roasted malts. Our St. Nik Brewers' Reserve version has a higher ABV of 9% and holds a silver medal from the 2011 Great American Beer Festival®.
